According to Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”,

If the characteristics of the goods purchased from the “Ecostore.az” retail network do not meet the consumer’s requirements, he can immediately exchange the goods for goods that meet the required characteristics within 14 days, not including the day of purchase:” consumer properties, a seal, a label, as well as a goods or cash receipt or other document confirming the payment of the value of the goods in question has been kept.”

Goods cannot be exchanged in the following cases:

• If used as intended or otherwise.
• If any cables, USB devices are connected to that product.
• If the goods are connected to the electric grid or other energy sources, mobile and satellite communication networks, sources of wireless signals, water and gas lines, heating and sewage systems.”
